Jibon Singh is an Indian footballer who plays for Pailan Arrows in the I-League. He plays in Midfield position. Jibon Singh represented the India U23 in the SAFF Cup 2009.

For the 2010-11 I-League season Singh will play for I-League newcomers Indian Arrows. Indian Arrows is only made up of Indian Under-19 players. On December 3, 2010 Singh took part in Indian Arrows first I-League game ever against Chirag United, the final score was 2-1 in Chirag United's favor.
Singh started off the 2011-12 footballing season in the 2011 Indian Federation Cup with Pailan Arrows (Indian Arrows changed name).He selected as the captain for Pailan Arrows for 2011-12 season. In Pailan's first match against HAL S.C. in which Singh scored the only goal of the game in the 89th minute from the penalty spot as Pailan ran out 1-0 winners. [1]
On February 23 2011 Singh played his second game for the Indian U23 against Myanmar.
